School Uniform

Our School Uniform

Uniform develops a sense of community and belonging.  We encourage children to be proud and take pride in their appearance by wearing our uniform. All children at St Paul's are expected to wear formal school uniform.

We are proud of our school uniform which makes the children look smart and have a sense of belonging to our school.

All of the children are expected to wear our school uniform including the PE kit.

The cost of the school uniform is kept as low as possible by not specifying a particular design from one retailer.

As a school community we endeavour to be inclusive and welcoming, therefore our uniform requirements are not defined by gender.

The standard dress is based on the colours navy blue, white and grey and comprises of the following items:

  • Navy blue sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan (with or without school logo).
  • Grey trousers, shorts or skirt/pinafore
  • White shirt or white polo shirt - if a shirt is worn, this must be accompanied a school tie.
  • Grey, black or navy tights/socks
  • Hijabs, if worn, should be in plain navy, black or grey
  • Summer dress in blue and white gingham
  • Plain black closed shoes, with flat heels only They should be suitable for school wear for safety reasons.
  • Please no trainers or knee length boots

We ask that all uniform is clearly named.  Unmarked or lost items are placed in the Lost Property Cupboard, under the canopy on the playground.

Children are not permitted to wear jewellery to school.  If ears are pierced, children are only allowed small plain studs to be worn.
